Known as 10th Ward Buck, Marlon Horton is credited with throwing some of the city’s first official bounce parties, at Airline Skate Center in the ’90s — documented in his autobiographical coffee table book, “The Definition of Bounce.”
At 32, he ran for the New Orleans City Council in 2012, has written movies and plays and is an energetic self-promoter.
